Reference Labs

Method Development
We are happy to serve reference labs as well. We can provide consulting in regards to floor plans and instrumentation. We also have expert level LCMS methodology at our fingertips to give you the power you need to add robustness to your tox panels, as well as create new methods. We have helped customers bring their DL isomers and Oral Fluid tests in house. We have experience with myriad instrument types to assist you in countless ways.

Data Processing
For labs that just need a bit of help here and there, we offer remote data processing and certification. No volume is too high or too low for Arrow to be of assistance.

Technical Supervisor Service
From Levy-Jennings to personnel assessments, we are happy to take care of all Technical Supervisor requirements to CLIA/COLA standards. We proivde in-person presence for all inspections to ensure a stress free experience. Stability studies, validations, personnel assessments, and all miscellaneous CLIA paperwork can be a worry of the past.

Document Control
Whether dealing in food or manufacturing, all labs must maintain rigid documentation. Arrow Lab Solutions is happy to help by authoring and maintaining these documents.

Arrow Lab Solutions is home to Sciex certified engineers. We are happy to provide full service contracts, including preventative maintenance, for your LCMS instrumentation. From real-time remote troubleshooting, to in-person repair, we are committed to minimizing your downtime.

We operate with efficiency by providing multi-vendor support powered by original equipment manufacturer (OEM) traceable training across various analytical instruments and scientific equipment suppliers.

We also service Shimadzu and Agilent instrumentation.
